Equipped with Intel 13/12th Gen Alder Lake-S processors, the DS-1402 supports up to 16 cores and 64GB DDR5 memory, ensuring outstanding performance in industrial environments for precise inspections.
Total Solution for PCIe, Enhanced Cooling
The DS-1402, with its patented Adjustable PCIe Retainer (Patent No. I773359), secures various add-on cards like GPU card (max: 111 x 235mm) and supports up to 110W. Its cooling structure efficiently dissipates CPU/GPU heat, and the Universal Fan Kit caters to diverse GPU cooling needs.
Rich I/O, Flexible Expansion
As the main system of the AOI, the DS-1402 can connect to peripheral AOI devices, such as high-speed cameras, sensors, and displays. In addition to native high-speed I/O (2× 1GbE LAN, 8× USB), adding a Wi-Fi/4G module in the MiniPCIe slot enables real-time remote monitoring of production status via wireless communication.
Robust Design, Exceptional Stability
The DS-1402 continues Cincoze’s commitment to rugged security. Apart from features like wide temperature (-40~70°C), wide voltage (9-48V), overvoltage, overcurrent, and ESD protection, the DS-1402 also complies with the U.S. military standard for shock and vibration resistance MIL-STD-810G.
